As most people retreated to their homes when the ice storm hit Oklahoma City in late January, sipping soup and munching on whatever food they happened to buy beforehand, Grant Humphreys, his wife and their five children pulled out their sleds and ventured out of their townhouse condo, located in Bricktown’s new, sustainable Block 42 complex.
