Bolero Tapas Bar & Spanish Grill features an atmosphere that compliments the delectable tapas offered at the casual dining destination in the Centennial Building. The interior space was designed by HSE’s in-house designer Shelby Smith who integrated contemporary selections with clean lines to create a warm ambiance.
Block 42 is featured as one example of the growing trend in LEED based architecture. The residential complex not only reflects the transformation of the metro’s landscape, but also the sustainable ideals and solutions clients want to integrate in their project.
