HSEarchitects, formerly Michael Mahaffey & Associates, was established in 1966. In January of 2000, Larry Herzel, Dan Skaggs and Todd Edmonds joined in partnership with Michael Mahaffey. On January 1, 2005 MMA became the partnership of Herzel, Skaggs and Edmonds. HSEarchitects has prospered as an architectural firm dedicated to fulfilling each client’s individual building needs. The multi-faceted practice takes pride in providing personal service, utilizing the knowledge and experience of its professional staff of licensed architects, with expertise in both residential and commercial disciplines. Each project is viewed as a problem-solving process; combining client involvement through each phase of research, programming, and design. The firm utilizes computer-aided drafting software and has full computer 3-D modeling capabilities. Experienced budget analysis and cost control are reviewed continuously in terms of staying on time and in the money.
